To enhance the physical appearance of buildings and landscapes, the Sebastopol Community Development Agency will reimburse a tenant or building owner for up to 50% of building improvement expenditures (not to exceed a City payment of $3,500) for improvements such as painting, new signs, awnings, exterior lighting and local permit fees. Projects must be located in the Community Development Area, which includes most commercial and industrial areas of Sebastopol. Applications should be filed with the Economic Development Specialist at the Sebastopol Area Chamber of Commerce.
