The City of Sebastopol is proud to offer Water Upgrades $ave, a new water efficiency program that helps you save water and money.
 
Are you a single-family homeowner or renter? 
 
It’s simple to participate — enroll online or by phone and schedule a free home assessment to select the water efficiency upgrades that make the most sense for your property. The Program installs the upgrades with little-to-no upfront cost, and you pay a fixed on-bill charge that is lower than the estimated savings — so you begin saving right away.
 
Indoor upgrades include high-efficiency toilets, showerheads, and aerators; future outdoor upgrades will support conversion to drought tolerant landscaping.
 
Participants get new building code–compliant upgrades that improve the property while reducing their water, sewer, and water-heating costs.
