After many months of intense work by both the City’s Planning Commission and City Council, the City of Sebastopol has a new Zoning Ordinance and Map!  Both of these are effective as of November 15, 2018 and can be found here:

The City has revised and adopted regulations pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADU’s).  For more information, click here: Primer

Other major highlights include updates to the Formula Business Ordinance and updates to the City’s Inclusionary Housing policy to update requirements for including affordable housing in new residential projects.
