Penalty Waivers Will Be Considered Due to COVID-19 Impacts

The Sonoma County Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office (ACTTC) is aware of the impacts the COVID-19 emergency has on the community and shares the community's concerns.  The ACTTC is willing to hel people in times of emergency and disaster. After April 10th, the ACTTC will consider written requests for penalty waiver due to the COVID-19 emergency on a case-by-case basis. The COVID-19 penalty waiver application and information will be available after April 10th on the ACTTC website.
