7631 Healdsburg Avenue Mixed Use Project

Preliminary review for a mixed use project at 7621 Healdsburg Avenue, which includes first floor commercial with rental apartments above on a second floor along Healdsburg Ave, and townhomes accessed off of Murphy Avenue on the south side of the site.

Preliminary review (a “study session” to provide input to the applicant and staff) was scheduled for:
