Bodega Avenue Bike Lanes and Rehabilitation Project
– High Street to Nelson Way –
July 10-November 15, 2023
The Bodega Avenue Bike Lanes and Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to start the week of July 10, 2023, to repair the road with new pavement, install new bike lanes and construct new pedestrian sidewalk ramps. Project contractor, ARGONAUT CONSTRUCTORS, will start the work to remove concrete for the new pedestrian ramps at various street corners, including Florence Ave, Dutton Ave, Washington St, and Robinson Rd. Other work to repair the road will begin soon after, and further project updates will follow.
The construction work will affect pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle traffic on Bodega Avenue between High Street and Nelson Way. Traffic control, including parking restrictions, will be in place during the work, however delays are expected. At critical times and for general safety, non-local traffic will be advised with signage to use alternate routing around the work site.
Anticipate conditions during the work to be dusty and loud due to construction equipment. For any questions or concerns with the work in your area, please contact Construction Manager Jason Balatti of Green Valley by email (JasonB@Gvalley.com) or call or text (707) 889-6678.
We apologize in advance for inconvenience and disruption to your neighborhood caused by this project and we greatly appreciate your patience.
